I am attempting to migrate the exact same DHCP scenario. I notice that my DHCP reservations and maybe more are not exactly the same on both failover partners. Should they be the same? Is there any type of replication that needs to take place before removing the initial failover partner? Or, will that sort itself out? Or do I have bigger issues? Thank you.
