+Efendy Wayan Gusti, Check it in safe mode, other ways Option 1: press CTRL+ALT+DEL and select Start Task Manager In the task manager choose file menu tab then create "new task" type explorer click on Ok. and it should be restart explorer. option 2: Before doing this step you should check that your windows has a genuine product key. if you can update your windows, then it would be OK, this steps will work without any problem. Otherwise it will ask you for activate windows after the process. steps : start cmd as admin mode: press Windows button + R = run command will popup, then type " cmd as admin " hit enter. type in cmd "sfc/scannow" hit enter, it will take 15 to 20 minute to complete. after that close the cmd restart your computer, probably any errors and failure can be fix with this trick.

I have a problem where I boot my computer but as soon as the desktop is loaded, the "Windows is not working" error appears and then my computer screen turns blue. I can't even restore to a previous version because it says there isn't a restore point. I can only boot my pc in safe mode for it to work.
