I founded a way how to make CoNfUsIoN effect with Audacity and AVS Video Editor
In Audacity choose WAV file. Make it reversed.
Export to WAV.
Open AVS Video Editor
Effects: Invert, Mirror
Mirror position on right.
Colors:
Hue: 180 or -180 on your choice.
Video gonna be without sounds.
Put mediafile with reversed style.
And you're ready!

It’s All Windows Startup And Shutdown sounds.wmv because there’s 3 Windows Whistler sounds, Windows NT 5.0 has no NT 4.0 Shutdown sound
