Windows Vista Beta 2 Build 5270 with Aero Glass

Windows Vista build 5270, the official December 2005 Community Technology Preview build, was released to beta testers on 20 December 2005. This video will involve the exploration of the build, including the showcase of Aero glass effects and how to enable it.

You must use VMware Workstation 11 or VMware Player 7 or earlier, as later versions will flicker the display, likely due to changes in the display engine to support DirectX 10 and OpenGL 3.3. Multiple versions of VMware Workstation also can't co-exist in a single Windows installation, so you'll need to dual-boot if you don't want to uninstall one version.
-- WARNING: VMware Workstation 11 might cause unexpected BSOD on too new versions of Windows 10 (such as build 1904x) and 11. Dual-boot with either Windows 7, 8, or 8.1; or earlier versions of Windows 10 but it's still recommended that you set the compatibility mode for the VMware Workstation application to Windows 8 as a safety precaution for BSOD. You could modify your hardware's drivers to get them to work, however, DCH drivers are only supported in Windows 10 version 1709 and later.
