I prefer about a 20-30 minute video when it’s mostly riding content. I like the longer ones when it’s you guys wrenching and doing more of actual conversations or podcast type stuff. Good luck with rental business! Smart. I’ve always just let people abuse my stuff for free.

Understanding (somewhat) how long it takes to film and edit a video, I appreciate any you post. Since it's winter, I'll watch and enjoy whatever you can find the time to make. 👍 As a Talon rider, I'm really glad you guys added one to the stable. I'll never try what you're doing but it's nice to see it can if I get myself in a pickle.

Thoroughly enjoy all of your content, What ever length videos you feel like putting out will no doubt get watched. That said, I really enjoyed just chillin with my chair reclined and a drink watching the longer content. Not something I could do all the time, and when I first got the notification for the long vid, I was excited, but had to wait until I could set aside time to enjoy it. But I also will occasionally do that with the shorter vids as well, just sit and binge a few when I can find the time.

I enjoy the longer videos. Reason being is I get to see more of a wide spread view of the park you are riding in as opposed to the short clips of different areas. That way I can make a better educated decision on whether to make the trip to the park myself . But as always you gentlemen always deliver great content, so get us what you can and I'm sure everyone will watch either way

15-20mins are the sweet spot. You will have a higher retention value and can maximize your monetization. Split the videos up into a part 1 and 2 but don't label them as such. Just list the trails you are hitting as the title or the rigs

@markball7028
@markball7028 Жыл бұрын
😂 it does do better than anyone expects it to. But it definitely has short comings. There is plenty of stuff the Turbo S’s go up steep Rocky stuff with ease and the Talon struggles more with. It does it. But you can tell it struggles more to get the same task done. Gear reduction would help a lot. The only reason it doesn’t destroy front diffs and axles is because Honda has built a lot of safety in its I-4WD system and it doesn’t make very much horsepower. Lot of engineering went into that system to help it not destroy parts.
@jwezzy1329
@jwezzy1329 Жыл бұрын
@@markball7028 I agree I ain’t hating on it, I have a turbo s and I like all machines. But impressive is a bit of a stretch, they have to beat it down to go up something a turbo s walks up.Don’t know how a open front differential which has been out for a long time and gears like a yxz is impressive but ok lol you must have stock in Honda or something 😂
@markball7028
@markball7028 Жыл бұрын
@@jwezzy1329 never said it was impressive. Just saying that it does more than what most people expected out of it. I was also explaining how it’s reliable because of the way Honda set up the I-FWD. It doesn’t have an open diff. But it doesn’t have a fully locked front diff either. If it was a full locker with horsepower it would brake parts just like Can Am and Polaris does. I don’t own a Honda anything. I have X3 XRC.

The length of the video doesn't matter to me. It does take me 2 or 3 attempts to finish a really long one. I understand why you would want to do a longer video though. That's a tough line at the top Billy took a whack at! A couple of us made that with tube chassis buggies on 35's. The chassis on 32's didn't have enough clearance. I haven't seen anyone make that line since.

Awesome video as always. You guys are one of if not the best off-roading channel. I like the shorter and longer videos. The only disadvantage to the longer ones is the time between new content, I think a little less coming out more often is slightly better than more coming out less often if that makes sense. You guys thought about doing the Jackson Turbo Kit on the Talon? Curious if it would improve power in the situations it bogged, may still be to much lag before it spooled. Haven’t seen any turbo’d like you guys ride
@markball7028
@markball7028 Жыл бұрын
It needs gear reduction a lot more than more power. It is way to high geared for what they are trying to do with it. It’s really just a trail rig. Not really designed to be a rock crawler. I believe both Billy and Josh’s Turbo S’s have gear reduction. The Can Am X3 comes factory with really low gearing. So it doesn’t require it.
@ImPaCtGroundBreaking
@ImPaCtGroundBreaking Жыл бұрын
@@markball7028 I can not understand why the factories can't get it right. Low range should be LOW range. In the talon you can manual to 2nd if need be.
