WINDROCK TRAIL #2 (BATTLE of the DAILY DRIVERS)

We took our completely stock 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2007 Jeep Commander to Windrock to see how they would do.

Jeep needs to have you making their commercials. You are making those stock Jeeps look awesome. Was really cool watching your Jeep brake the wheel without traction to shift power to the other side. Amazing what technology can do now. You get any damage?

He's does pretty good in that Commander. We found out after making the video that he was having trouble with his lockers. Hopefully we will have another video showing what it's capable of soon!

I can't just understand Where is the basis of this gap difference of performance... on tyres ??? on motor conceptions o capacity (horsepower ??) ??? on weight ??? on the chassis ???...In my view either are so pretty, and they looks so strongs and they may be in the same line of force. But the final score really schoked me... woouaw. Surprise....Once aigain thank you v.much man...

The Commander actually has much better tires in this video. Both have 5.7 Hemis. The front wheel wouldn't lock in the Commander so he wasn't gripping the way he should have been. They should be very close in performance now. Hopefully we get to test them both out again soon. The Grand Cherokee has good tires now as well. Lol

it is nothing like this now, 10x harder. I drove this trail with ease in December of 2022 (with front locker and very aggressive tires) and then again in April 2023, but this time i had to do several winch pulls in one deep rut. the part of the trail that was the most difficult, was not even an obstacle back when this was filmed... trails change so fast out there

Do they not keep the trails maintained? This will be my first ATR in September and notice you had to pay 😂

@@scoobysid04 not really since these are off-roading trail. I think they will only maintain a trail to improve access for logging or mining. I’m not sure what ATR is….

@@scoobysid04 oh yea. Now I see that event on the schedule, Appalachian Toyota roundup… Trails in this area are way more difficult If the trails are wet, much different and way easier when dry… Have fun!

It has the Hemi. I'm not sure of the lift but I can check with my buddy and get back to you. 👍🏻

I have an 06 Commander Limited with hemi. My wheels never spin like that traction control takes over.
