Do you have to push the windscreen down for the seal to form properly or just gently press in it all around? Or just move it a little so the seal can flatten? Thanks for the content.

Great video and information! What kind of prime do you use? Brand if possible. Also, do you have a video of you applying the prime?

It's a very great product as well. Jaime Mendoza is the man to contact for any Dupont/ Dow related urethane. Safelite is now using Dupont/Dow primerless urethane which is a Safelite exclusive urethane.

@@directqualityautoglass Definitely for now ill stick to the primer set up so many cars out there with windshields replaced by (butchers/carniceros) so with the primer helps coat any previous damage:)

Im a little confused. If its primerless, why are you still using primer?

@@Adrian2140 Yes, but if you need primer, how is the product better, AND its not a real test of its claim to be primerless if you USE primer in your test. Do you understand now?

@@maarten_notjustagrip I would guess the product is better because the primer is optional and not a requirement. Notice he didn't prime the metal on the car as in the case when you have a primer sealant, just the glass because he didn't trust the manufacturer to ensure the seal. It's possible he didn't need to, but went above and beyond for the customer to ensure a perfect job and no return or complaints.

@@Adrian2140 which defeats the purpose, if youre going to use primer anyway. How do you know he didnt prime the car too? The glass was already done before the video started. And he said the body is already prepped. So...
