technically the recruits you can hire are also essentially peasants too. they got stones .. pitchforks and rags just like looters

Part 2 please, you almost got to 275 medic which then makes the looters so much stronger. also once you get those roguery perks it only takes 5-10 minutes to re recruit a new army - bandit troops get larger parties the longer the game goes ( bandit campaign and i got 300 troops within 2 minutes with good luck -was all bandits though not just looters)

You should be allow to use anything tier 1. Looter, recruit, etc. will be way less tiersome at recruiting
