Do you mind sharing your thoughts on how the new Universal Studios theme park being built in Frisco will affect the market in prosper. Also, how far will Windsong be from the theme park? thanks

Hi Heather. The theme park is going to be geared towards smaller kids so not all of the big rides which means less people. I don’t think it will have a negative impact on Prosper. It is about 10-15 min away from Windsong Ranch. The PGA and Omni hotel have had a great impact on Prosper and Windsong. It’s right across the street and has really changed the landscape around here. So many fun things to do with the family and great restaurants. Please let me know if you are planning on moving here and need any help as I specialize in this area and especially Windsong Ranch.

@@thefinnigantaylorteam thank you so much for your reply, we live in California so hearing about a theme park going in was obviously exciting! lol I was hoping to hear it would increase property values, my husband was intrigued by the idea and was another one of my “selling points” towards making a possible move to Dallas in the near future

@@heatheralonzo7969 I think that the other developments like the Fields and the Omni and PGA will be the driving factor in increasing property value. I was born and raised in southern California and moved my family out here and found such an amazing life that I now have made it my mission to help other people find it for their family. This plan starts at $840k before any upgrades. The model home with all of the upgrades is just under 1million. Are you thinking of moving to Windsong Ranch? They do build this home in other communities as well for a cheaper price.
