I've watched dozens of sugar cookie videos and I've noticed how THICK everyone's cookies are. Is this to offset the horrid taste of royal icing? No? Yes? I'm just weird? ok then. Cute wreath idea!!

I've always felt like these are more for deocration than eating really, i prefer to use a fun cookie cutter and just do a few dots and lines on top!

Katie Schultz Here’s a recipe that works similarly to royal icing. But, tastes better.

You don't have to make them this thick at all. And yes the Royal Icing is mainly used for its ability to decorate beautifully it's certainly not yummy

This is brilliant!! I think I can make these. Did you use three different consistencies of royal icing? Also, what size tip did you use to do the details, such as the lines on the snowflake? Thanks.
