Windstopper Liner | Product Spotlight

I have a pair of P40 AT for over two years. I was all the time aware, that this Liner is available. But I thought, I wouldn´t need it. Finally, one week ago, I bought one. And Boy..... I hate, that I hadn‘t bought it years ago. I own an outdoor Pullover with a build in Windstopper Liner by Gore. I don‘t know, if they make multiple versions, or if the material just has improved other the years. But the one of UF Pro is just perfect. Fire and forget. Attach it to your pants, and once you faced a cold and windy day, your Mind will be blown. It‘s really warm, yet you don‘t notice that you attached the Liner. And I didn‘t started to overheat, even after an hour of quite fast hiking with my dog. Initially I thought, that it‘s not good, that the only point of attachment is the Zipper. But,... once again, UF Pro proved me wrong. You don‘t get that typical pant-in-a-pant-feeling. It‘s silent, you don‘t feel the Liner moving against the outer Pant, and if you kneel down,.... it feels as if you wear only the outer pant. NO. I don‘t work for UF Pro, nor do they sponsor me (but if you want to,..... I love free stuff ;-) ). But I think, if someone makes something so awesome, they deserve to be mentioned accordingly. Keep up the good work. And,... Armin,... the latest Jacket you are testing right now,.... mentioned in the Recon-Video,.... do you already have an ETA? Q1/2020?

I'm so excited to get outfitted with a UFPRO wardrobe!!! I've been pouring through all the videos. IMO Crye(My former tactical clothing outfitter) can't hold a candle to the thought, design, and care that goes into the UFPRO gear. Keep up the great work you guys!!! Got mine in last night and it feels so nice and warm. I have no doubt it will keep out the chilly winds. A perfect upgrade to my Striker XT Gen3's and literally a warm welcome to my arthrosis knees.

Yessir sir - newly purchased and had no clue there was a zipper. I came here to just comment on the windstopper liner that was offered as an upgrade for my second pair and didn't get it at first because it didn't make sense when I saw the zipper on them. Glad you have a video that explains what I was missing :) thanks for the content!

Hey Peter, thanks for the question. Beside the shorts and Striker ULT pants, all the UF PRO pants from the P-40 and Striker line are compatible with our Windstopper lining. Reason why we decided to not include that feature in Striker ULT pants is that pants are designed for use in extremely warm temperatures. They are suitable for hot, dry deserts and steaming wet tropics, where is usually not need for the lining.

Well once I had to pay 100 euros for taxes for import a Tier1 appendix concealed carry holster for my glock. 30 dollars are like 25 euros. Spain and Slovenia are EURO zone and I had to pay 13 euros for shipping in 5 or 6 days. To France that is like 1200 km nearer to Slovenia and it costs only one euro less, 12 euros. I think 24 euros or 30 dollars for shipping to US is not to much and DHL works so fast.
