This is Windsurfing Duck Gybe #13 which asks you to take the Big Rig Duck Gybe Challenge! The Jedi move here to nail these is to tip the rig forward, with the old back hand, so you can reach for the back of the boom, with your old front hand, and then it is Duck, Look, Pull to finish :)
