@@midas1929 I’ve been in Cranchis and Windys, unless they’ve changed drastically in the last years, the windys are far superior in finish and piloting

@@tacodias I said "I prefer" and "style", especially interior. For the prices Windy charges compared to most brands, they also better be good. We also do not have to agree. Tastes and needs are different and there is a boat out there for everybody.

If I had a £million to spend on a new boat this would not be high on my list. For that money I would be looking to spend weeks on end aboard. Oh well academic, so back to my little Contessa. I enjoy your videos though, if you pass a red hulled Contessa 26 as you leave the Lymington River give me a wave? I won't try to keep up with you.

Despite this one being very very expensive (and there are better options for a lot less) the Saxdor isn’t one of them, it’s much smaller, less well built (more stuff will break) less capable, and a lower brow brand
