Like you video. I just made 88 bottles of wine. Had them sitting sideways in the cool root cellar. I check up on the wine a 1 and a half months later, like you said I seen crystals and fine sediment. Now I checked you video and was searching for a way to perfect the next batch in the future. I was wondering if the bottles can be uncorked and filtered. Then recorked?

So then I'm assuming that if your pre filtered wine is pretty cloudy, then you would first use filter #2 and then finish off with #3?

Hii, tx for the vdo that was impressive, but I have a doubt I prepared my wine at home and now it is in it's stage of filtering and i did it using cloth filter now that the wine looks clear, it's a red wine, I can see very small amount of sediment very small can that be bottled will that be safe for long run? and can you pls suggest us a small filter for very fine filteration that is something in your catch. thank you so much

Can you use a filter like this machine to bottle? (Instead of putting it in to a Carboy)

Do filter pads contain dioxin, often found in the paper making industry?..

Looks good but does it remove all yeast so that you can safely add sugar without adding potassium carbonate?

I have had such a hard time with this, filter... I am doing everything correctly and this thing sprays water everywhere like a waterfall I am so frustrated. All my pads and holes are lined up I’ve tried tightening and loosing the wheels nothing helps wine sprays out the top then out the sides it is a total mess 😭

Uses water directly out of the tap - rookie mistake. Chlorine can impart a carnation aroma to wines and affect the taste. If you are going to use these types of filter pads, try rinsing them off in purified water. The purpose is to hopefully) release some of the looser fibers from the pads. They often leave filter pad filaments in your wine but hopefully you and your friends won't notice them.

If you have good water, this is less of a concern. If the water tastes good, it'll make good wine.

Adding sulphite to the water instantly bonds all chloride ions to the potassium in the sulphite, resulting in potassium chloride. All 'chlorine' is gone and the water is neutral. I am no rookie, sir.
