Gorgeous buildings,great olive groves,truffles,wine making bats and all the needed equipment plus the possibility of rentals for tourists purposes. Views to die for....Close to everlasting too!! A lot of time, money, effort and thought has gone in to the creation of this resort and it’s modern accommodation (ambient lighting, keyless entry). This property is well maintained and having a truffle goldmine must be an added bonus, especially if such a sweet little dog gets so excited to find the white truffles for you. Oh my.... This property is my favorite so far! Move in ready and really very modern & appealing! To top it off, an amazing spa with gym, a winery, olive grove & a white truffle reserve! A complete package in my book! LOVE it! I'd just do a little landscaping around the pool area, main house & cottage area - flowering bushes & vines like lavenders, bougainvilleas, etc... I'd also add some fire pits, barbeque area & outdoor lounging area.

You’ve given me an interesting 💡🔆, a life size Romanesque Or Michael Angelo type of stone carved statue for the pool or den, a memento of the young man who sold you the House. 1000 years later they will be guessing why one mans statue was in so many homes across Italy.

The joy of that cute dog wagging its tail for spotting a truffle 😍😬. Nature at its best. And the colour of that freshly pressed olive oil 😍. Just wonderful. Such a beautiful world region rich in history and fine wines and food. I don’t think I’d last that long with that amount of wine within easy reach 🤣. Beautiful property and business opportunity especially with the truffle hunting opportunities included - however its a bit iffy only because someone would need to test out their own dogs hunting ability first prior to purchasing the property because I would want to make sure there are in fact some truffles on the property *before* purchasing a property that claims it produces truffles.
