I'll never forget that one day training in his class, the whole class just stood there while he was talking about philosophy for the whole lesson, then he bowed and said 'see you next week'

As a lifetime over thinker these insights into mindfulness are incredibly helpful. Hoping for more of these types of podcasts in the future

Thank you so much for this 🙏 Started with Master Lau in 1989 in Shepherds Bush, then moved to the Center in south Kensington. Was with him about 6 years and he taught me so very much. It was brilliant 😊 Love the Master to bits and owe him so much for his insights and teachings 🙏 Wished he had done more on KZbin, but nice to see him looking so well 👍🙏 Please thank him from me for all he gave me and thank you so much for this video, it has brought back so many priceless memories and wisdoms he taught me 🙏 Take care. Stay safe 🙏 John

Actually Simon Lau was not the first to introduce Wing Chun in England. That was Lee Shing, more than a decade earlier.
