To answer the grand question, my favorite God card is definitely Slifer, however Ra is a close second behind him Edit, btw this is late but the reason why you couldn't pop Twin Burst with Ra was because of Mound of the Bound. It protects any lvl 10 on the field from targeting and destruction

18:01 the reason that you couldn’t use ra’s effect was because you can only give your life points to him when he is normal summoned. Since you special summoned him using sphere modes effect, ra’s effect doesn’t apply.

Hey Deion if you happen to see this comment, check out the card “waking the dragon”, it’s a trap card that does nothing unless your opponent destroys it, then it special summons any card from your extra deck, and will punish rhyme for shotgunning that blue eyes card that banishes a spell, good targets to summon from it since you don’t really use the extra deck could be Raidraptor ultimate falcon, Toadally awesome, The last warrior from another planet, Naturia exterio, Crystal wing synchro

I actually still have my own copy of Slifer tucked away in my old Yugioh Collection Book and he was my favorite for a long time, but as the years have gone on I've kind fell in love with Obelisk just due to how friggen intimidating my boy looks on his card! But Ra is the cleanest looking of the Egyptian God cards!

I just got this game. First pack I opened I got Ra…managed to summon him too and the opponent gave me an extra 1000 LP without any monsters on the field. So Ra stumbled out with 8900 attack points. One Hit KO after sitting there watching him spam spells for 5 minutes to himself.

Personally Obelisk was always my favorite Egyptian God. Watching through the original Yu-Gi-Oh saga with Kaiba being all tough because he has it was entertaining to watch on screen. Let me not forget DSOD where Kaiba pulled through the fabric of reality or whatever to pull the god card and put Aigami/Diva in his place was epic to watch. Wonder how things would have went had their duel gone on after one move left Diva 7000 LP in the hole.

Honestly though. Modern duel links just has too many decks that has decade long turns. Literally had a duel the other day that took over an hour and we both only had 6 turns, and all of my turns were under a minute or two. Almost fell asleep. Game only ended because I got too tired to bother waiting through his turns and just Solemn Judgemented him the first chance I got.

I think he was recycling monsters and spells from his graveyard at one point, but I'm not for sure as I was literally asleep for part of it. I'm just getting back into this since 2008 and I really appreciate this build! In mine I added kaiser colosseum, ojama trio and battle mania. I've noticed they like to cower in fear when I throw all my life points into Ra.... So giving them three tokens, turning them into attack position and preventing them from doing anything with them really helps the whole "stuck in defense position" situation.
