Great video. My mothers family lived in Wingham Kent for many years. They had the piece of ground called The Fairground, opposite the bakery. They were traveling fair people and showmen. My mother and father were married in Wingham church and had their wedding reception in the Ship Inn. I remember all the old shops. The village is so different and far more busy and overrun unfortunately by traffic. Thank you Jeremy for a great video 📽️ Regards Shaun 👍

Hi Shaun, glad you liked the video. I know of the piece of land you are talking about, didn't know about the history. Met a local while taking pictures of the Ship Inn, she remembered the soldiers drinking outside pub during the war.
