Aam4 is prob like ur C5 but slightly worse? Aam4b is what makes the f15J the f15J She lacks range compared to ur general Rafale with meteors or say ur Aim120D/c-7/8

No, sadly the F-15J is kinda worse than the american version, you should get that instead

btw, if you are planning to get american planes, get the f15 first then the 16

I’d say the F15 is better - better TWR, top speed, radar, almost double the cannon ammo and turn rate at optimal speed. You don’t get C-7s but C-5s are still great and the other benefits are just so nice. The F16 can also groundpound and gets C-7s though, so it’s up to you.
