Although many people dislike _Seed_ and also _Seed Destiny_ for a variety of reasons, at the very least it has some great mecha designs and the OP and ED themes are some of the best through the history of _Gundam_ .

Doesn't matter now, Seed and 0079 are the only two gundam can be considered main stream in Japan, all the other gundam are not really in the vision of common people. They are able to make gundam to not be a niche nerd stuff, so they are not really comparable to the other gundam honestly.
