Winnebago Solis NPF - Maiden Voyage

Lilly, Scott, and their dog Willy take their first trip camping in their new RV. They spend the night at Soledad Canyon off the 14 freeway, just north of Los Angeles. They eat the burritos that Scott made on Scott’s Kitchen, and have trouble flushing the toilet. There were a few problems along the way but all went surprisingly well. Enjoy!

Did our maiden voyage to Soledad last week, also for one night. We struggled with folding the bed down but got it. We have a Solis 59 P.

Great video!! We have the same van and the game changer for sleeping was a 3-inch memory foam topper. We also have a foldable step to get up onto the bed because it is pretty tall!! Enjoy!!

Thank for the video. I want to get this model solis. But I'm afraid that my HOA will bother me. Have you had any problems with your HOA?

Nice video. I'm considering the same model. On the problems you had (leaking window and malfunctioning cabinet door), aren't those things that would be covered under the warranty since the van is so new? I know they seem minor, but shouldn't the dealer have fixed them for you? Also, how much did you pay (if you don't mind), and what has been your MPG? Thanks

Question: when you did your lift for NPE did they remove your front sumos? We just called a lift place that specifically does Promaster and he said fronts come off. And if ok to ask, around what price?

Hi Debra, The NPF Edition comes as you see it. All we did was grab our pillows and hit the road! LOL
