@miscapb The 'face characters' (that is, those where the face is the actual person's face, like the princesses) talk. Non-face characters (mickey, minnie, pooh characters, etc) don't talk.

Disney world in itself is a GENIUS creation.... Hmm...say, ive nevr been there, do they talk?or do they just waive/hug evrybody :)

@miscapb I think that they Cant talk because they can get in to trouble if they do because their voices arnt like the charters in the movies. I know at Six Flags bugs bunny and all his friends cant talk because of that reason. dont know if it is the same for Disney or not.
