Love your collection. We got to watch all your reviews. We hunted down a Vespa in Osaka but end up buying other bags. Bought a Lindy because we saw you use it. Thinking of buying a Toolbox, but my partner and friend are against it, instead they want me to get a Bolide, hahaha. So many nice things in H store.

Love your bag collection, Winnie! I do however want to say that the Picotin is in Clemence (Picotin and Lindy are made of Clemence, not Togo) and the tiny Bolide is Boxcalf leather, not Swift. Box leather has a beautiful sheen with use, which Swift doesn't have. :) Looking forward to see what else you'll add!

Winnie. I think your Birkin is in courchevel leather. Not cherve. Sorry me if I am wrong. :) it is like the older version of the Epsom leather.

How durable is swift leather? I have a swift kelly in orange and I’m slightly paranoid it will scratch when I wear it out! The leather is so soft! Does yours scratch? Thanks and love your collection!!

Thanks, Christina 😊 Swift is prone to scratches but most of the time, they can be buffed out with your fingers and, in time, they will be less visible. There are scratches on mine and I don’t let them bother me 😊 Enjoy your bag 😘

Winnie - love love love your collection. My favorite will always be Kelly 25 and Birkin 30. The ending is awesome! Why did Hermes get rid of the orange dust bags? Hahaha. Quick question: do you ever doubt the authenticity from shops such as Milan Station HK or Brandoff HK? I’ve heard really negative stories eg friends taking authentic bags there to sell but “expert staff” turned them away since they claimed the bags’ authenticity was questionable. Also heard from a few friends that certain shops would mix authentic goods and counterfeits together... how do you give yourself a peace of mind before handing them your credit card? Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for your questions. 😊 I always look at the bags carefully, comparing them to authentic H bags I have or I have seen, when shopping for preloved bags - wherever I shop. As far as I know, staff there will not say a customer’s bag is fake; instead, they will not buy it from them if they question the authenticity - but there are other reasons for a shop to turn down a bag: style, condition, demand for that bag, etc. 😊

Yes the staff was careful not to say the bags were fake. But my friends got really upset when they said authenticity was questionable coz my friends bought the bags from H first hand. 😂 So they don’t trust those shops anymore.
