From the 5th best team, you can win the constructors in one season. Its mainly because the AI are only developing suspension and underfloor in this patch

@@adamray2822 if you are only playing for one season no. But it provides more than double the bonus for next year's car. And will offset regulation changes. You do need research to get to the top
