Depends - most account buyers want fresh accounts (bonus + clean), meaning one agreement to open as many accounts as possible under that persons name! Down under they seem to pay around a $1000. However, whale accounts, losing accounts, VIP accounts can all be advantageous - then it just depends on the agreement!

Depends. If you have a profitable backtested Strategy. But I would say: no. My winnings come from odds from 2. To 3. It's far more easier to make profit with a lower hit rate than with a high hit rate and low odds.
