I really enjoy the length of the recent videos. Keeping them around 8 or 9 minutes is perfect. Too many people upload vlogs of 24 minutes and it makes me move on without watching as it takes too much time. Just under the 10 minute mark is your sweet spot!

Congratulations on the win, Ben but I can't believe that you won a 10K in just under 33 mins. Back in the day that time might have got you in the top 20-30 of any reasonable standard race - but no higher. If we could have won £100 for running 33 minutes many of my contemporaries would have made an absolute fortune!

Your channel after Nick Bare is my second favorite motivator. From being obese after one year of training i was able to get on 47 minutes on 10KM and half maraton for 1hour 50minutes. Still heavily fighting and trying to get down remaining 20pounds. My motivation is get 10KM around 40minutes in next years and half maraton under 1h 30. Fighting hard, and every great video where you nailed is big motivation even for me :) Wish all best from Prague
