Aetherial Manipulation for Black Mage -
/merror off
/micon "Aetherial Manipulation" pvpaction
/pvpaction "Aetherial Manipulation" (f)
Focus Air Anchor for Machinist -
/merror off
/micon drill pvpaction
/pvpaction drill (f)
/target (f)
The framework of the first macro will work with other abilities simply by switching out "Aetherial Manipulation" for the new ability name, such as "The Warden's Paean" for Bard, and "Thunderclap" for Monk. If you find another that proves useful, let me know, I'd love to hear it!

Is there a specific person you would use focus macro on for wardens paen. Cause I use it as part of my burst and need to get it off asap. Like let's say start of fight. Would u add it to a melee or tank?

is there a macro to place a focus target since its pretty annoying to do it on controller

There is, the command is "/focustarget " to focus your current target, and you can replace the with some other placeholder options as well. (hoping the angle brackets show up around the t, it doesn't let me put them in the comments but we'll find out!)
