I was actually going to say something similar. I feel like some of her "death stares" are not actually micro-aggressions, it is her being too preoccupied thinking how people would perceive her, so she stares into space (not actually listening when the other person is talking) and trying to look cool but also graceful and sexy. The death stare is to look cool and the lip pouting is to look sexy. The slow nods and slight smile to look graceful and elegant, etc. In her mind she's like "how do I look? How do I look? Do I look cool already? A little less pouting maybe?", something like that. She's trying to project this kind of image especially when she's interacting with people like in the video. You can see Harry genuinely used to like this, he’s very good at engaging people. He didn’t come across arrogant or stand offish. It just blows my mind how she always looks mad when someone else is talking and how she goes first. No one in the uk especially was there to see her, the blood prince and the PM yes but not her.
