Why is just about every video about or of Winnipeg done in the winter? We have great summer weather here. I travel a lot and when ever I mention where I'm from, you get some comment about the winter and how cold it gets. In a lot of cases because of videos like this...which are pointless...just some dude walking aimlessly through the snow.

Our beautiful sidewalk clearing program! This is why Winnipeg sucks!!!! They can't get out there and clean the sidewalks! A shit ton of unemployed and they can't give these people a shovel and a paycheck. I would bet my life savings on this. You give people a job shoveling sidewalks in the city and we would have the most accessible city in Canada! It's not difficult work just physical...C'mon man, who wouldn't want to make a hundred just shovelling snow for a few hours?
