I must be lucky. The Series 7 size 5 brush I bought months ago holds the most perfect point I've ever experienced and is a dream to use.

What an amazing gift! 🤩 Oooh it’s so interesting to see how you like these compared to Rosemary & Co. I suspect most watercolour artists either fall into one category, either they prefer squirrel-style brushes or they prefer Kolinsky-style brushes. With a small number of artists enjoying both equally.

Great review, Lee! I have a Winsor & Newton Series 7 #5 but it's not my favorite brush. Like you said they just don't hold a point.
