He is from Shearstown, Newfoundland; in the early 1970s he was a member of the Newfoundland Showband with others such as Ray MacLean, Bill Whelan and David Noseworthy

The first tune is Woodchopper's Breakdown but with the two parts on separate rows of keys which gives the key change. The tune is also sometimes called Reel de soupe aux pois (pea soup)

I tell people that don'y usally listen to accordian music that Winse is my uncle so they will at least youtube it for me. Wince is not my uncle but i get to listen to the accordion and people say wow your uncle is good. so more videos Wince

I thought this was St Ann"s Reel...? and wince changes over to the 2nd roll of keys half way through it on his 2 row Erica and it sound great and different? Am I wrong ? any suggestions? ty, Just great playing as Wince still does today!! excellent
