What a delight to hear Hannah’s sweet voice. My children and my grandchildren are grown and I do miss those precious darlings. I’ve had a blessed life. Married nearly 43 years to a wonderful man. My children and grandchildren are good people with good hearts and keen minds. So many people have been hurt and nearly broken by Covid and the political situations all around the world. I so wish for all of you a better year and a blessed life. I think if we could manage to give each other kindness and understanding our new year will be better. I appreciate being able to hear the gentle way you speak to your kids. It helps me see there is still peace and joy to be found in our world even when craziness is just outside the door.

Oh my word, Hannah is so funny and smart and precious. She always makes me smile. That tiny little voice talking like a big girl, I just love it. I bet Emily was equally as bright at that age, as she's well beyond her years now, too. Beautiful girls! I have a fondness for little girls as I had (have) two myself, though they were only 3 years apart, and both also very bright (and as different as night and day, to this day). Older daughter had straight blond hair, younger had strawberry blond curls, like your girls. Older daughter was very much the studious one, younger daughter was very much a free spirit. It'll be interesting to see what little Hanna grows into -- she already seems like a free spirit to me. Alas, my girls are in their mid-40's now (still as smart and pretty, I must say), but I've got lots of wonderful memories of their younger years, which your girls bring to mind. I love these pages. I love blue for winter, there's no better color to evoke the cold and snow, to my way of thinking. And this paper that you're using is gorgeous. Thanks so much for sharing -- your talent, your artwork, your dear daughters. They really take me away from the strife all around us now. Bless you and take care.
