I notice nearly all the structures are traditional Swiss in design and many look very historic, which is a big part of the attractiveness. Are there laws and codes from the government about who can build something here, what they can build, and how they can build it? Do proposals for development from big business companies get rejected often? Thanks........ David.

Thank you for your videos. Your do a great job with all your videos. I know it is very time consuming to edit them and get everything just right. I'm am on annual leave from work this week and going with a friend to a place that's so special to me, as my late mum and I went for years from when I was a child.
