FatherK0ng she lost a meterless launcher that lead to huge dmg and was also + on block. This forces her to use meter ALOT more often for dmg meaning she wont have as much meter saved up for defense(spending bar to get out of combos, will be much weaker clashing, wont be able to push block as often.... etc etc.) Im not trying to say shes garbage, but the nerf DEFINATELY affected her. Middle upper tier at best. Outside of top 10. Top 15 though i can still see.

Cake There are tons of situations where juggling within two hits is not an option. Water of Life can cause you to get punished for successfully out-spacing your opponent and hit confirming correctly. Harley Quinn is a great example. Her main launcher is from her stance cancel, which takes more than two moves to come out and is unsafe on block. If Harley correctly punishes Aquaman and correctly hit confirms into her launcher, she can get punished just because Aquaman has Water of Life. Harley does everything right and still gets beat out. She gets punished for outplaying Aquaman. Why? Absolutely no logical reason. That’s why Water of Life defies all logic of a fighting game, and is one of the worst ideas and most game breaking inclusions in any recent NRS game.

FatherK0ng it needs to recharge much, much slower. You shouldnt be able to walk back to get free damage every two seconds. As much damage that it gives, they should be able to usenit twice, three times at the most. I would be happy if it gave you three charges for the entire match, and you have to decide when to use them. After theyre gone, theyre gone. That would still be over half a life bar for free if you dont fuck it up, and a free bar of meter at the start.
