We always enjoy sweet & sour pork. We always add pineapple and green red, yellow peppers to ours. Hot mustard with horseradish for the egg rolls. I am making my mouth water while writing this comment. Enjoyed your video.

Brrrr! But your temps in Indiana overnight made ours of 13 degrees seem not quite so bad. The sweet and sour pork recipe came out right in time for the Chinese Lunar New Year. Actually here in Indiana I've been running into that more often, having two picnic tables in one campsite. We ran across that several times through last year, I think some of the parks are in the process of swapping out old for new but that's just a guess. Take care my friend!

I haven't seen anything for insulated bowls or plates, but I had been considering getting one of the insulated cups. I had one of the cups once before but of unfortunately misplaced it. Take care!

How do you prepare your pork roast? Did you make it specifically for your sweet and sour dish?

Hi Kevin! I cook my pork roast very simply. I put it in the slow cooker add 1/4 cup of vinegar and about half a cup of water and then cook it low and slow Until it's just falling apart. Times just vary depending on how big the roast is LOL. When it's done I can then use it for whatever I want either the sweet and sour pork, barbecue sandwiches etc. Take care my friend!
