Hi Stu I'm the guy that caught scarface on that pic, bottom baits with Steve's pellets are the way to go in there, caught off the left hand side of peg 3 where the tree is in the margin, drop it off there 🤫😂

@@StusFishing bottom baits with short rigs have always done me well, wafters work but I notice it attracts more of the smaller fish than anything, and there's a tree on the margin in peg 3, about 3 quarters of the way up the bank from the peg you'll see it when your next there, but the other spots are spot on, especially at the island 👌if you can though grab some Pellets off Steve, the fish are fed on them mate so aren't shy to feed on them

Looking at going here this weekend with my son. Going to try the lake with the smaller carp.

Oh you’ll have fun on the runs water try pineapple or bright pop ups on that water and use pva foam as it’s quite weedy but loads of carp in there I’ve done a video there also if you check my videos pen y ffrith winter carp fishing
