Also a little tip on firm tofu- I recommend putting it in the freezer till it’s frozen and then letting it thaw in the fridge, it changes the texture and makes it more “meat like” 😊

If you have an Asian market near you they sell pressed tofu and it is basically fully drained so it crisps up and is so yummy
