This banner is exceptionally stacked to the point of there being no 4 star focuses on it. The last seasonal banner to do this was New Years 2020, and that was before 4 star focus seasonals were introduced.

Yeah, it sucks there is no 4 star focus this year, but then again I'm kind of glad because not only would it be Yunaka because of 3 Houses, she would also end up being overshadowed extremely by the 3 Houses lords being bonkers broken.

Day 45 Campaign: Alfonse for CYL8! Congratulations on your pulls! One change I'd like for summoning is before we start pulling, we'd click in the color we want the most, and the circles would always bring at least one of that color we chose. I was in despair when I got all the focus charge lights but the next circle didn't had the color I wanted, luckily I didn't get the wrong unit and the color I was after appeared! 😂

#Question Aside from arcane weapons, what would you do to help improve gen 1 heroes left in the dust or that became undervalued by other heroes? For me, I would probably think of something like prf enhancements or something, kind of like your rerefine theorycrafts, you know a way to help benefit all heroes and not just heroes like Sothe, Reinhardt, and Kagero.

Had about 1900 orbs and decided to plus ten edelgard, and I started to pull and got 4 byleths before the first spark somehow, I switched to working on byleth because apparently that's what fate wants, but then I got 3 edelgards from pools with no red orbs, so I just ended up being able to plus ten both. Somehow I didn't get any dimitris or yunakas besides the sparked ones but I can't complain.

This is probably my best place to ask. To anyone with a winter Byleth, how does the interaction with Wind Claude go? Does he proc lethality or not?

Wind Claude will not trigger Lethality on his first attack, then Winter Byleth will kill him with his special and it's DR pierce ignoring any DR Wind Claude gets from his Deep Star. He is a solid Wind Claude counter.

if his lethality is at 3 cd (has not been charged at all) his first attack's precharge will be "nullified" by byleth's first attack scowl. since both values are typically 3, it will result in claude not charging his special at all before his first attack. if you were to somehow have claude's lethality at 0 cd (fully charged before combat) claude would proc lethality on his first attack. The net of precharged and nothing is still precharged. Best way to think of in combat pre-charge vs scowl effects overall is as +1 and -1 (similar to auto follow up and follow up negation). At the start of combat you'll get a total of precharge value before an attack. if the total is positive you will precharge your special by that amount (ex +2 charges from B!Robin's Rally Spectrum vs -1 charges from Veyle's Fell Protection will result in +1 to the special). The reverse is true as well of course, up until the max special cooldown of the unit the effects are being applied to (If a slaying unit has their 1 cd special precharged, but are going against D!M!Byleth and he inflicts them with -3 charge, the special will end up at 1 cd in the end)

Speaking of quality of life things, I really want IS to make it so if you fight a boss character in feh and there theme starts to play, it should stay the whole time until you defeat that character. Feh has so many great battle themes especially Gullveig’s battle theme, and yet you can’t even hear a good amount of it. Also another thing is we should be able to set our music for Aether Raids defense.

Thanks for the long summoning session video and congrats on the great banner luck on both accounts! My luck wasn't amazing overall in getting the focus Christmas units, but I got some decent off focus 5*. I got 2 B!Veronica, Karel, and Lewyn before the first spark. Was happy to finally get a +spd version of Lewyn. I sparked W!Yunaka. My luck got better and I finally got W!Dimitri, although he was -atk and several other off focus 5* (Louise, Claude, Sanaki, Ascended Idunn, Harken, Mage Eirika, and Ascended Celica) before sparking W!Byleth. Waiting on the Legendary banner next and hoping better luck comes around. Have a great rest of your day!

I’ve only done 10 pulls so far and I’ll leave it there for now so I can see what’s coming up next for new year, but in my second circle I also got an ascended Tiki which was actually my first one so I’m really happy! The music I’d love for them to add is 'The Forgotten' theme for exploring Abyss in 3H. I’d use it for my menu theme as it’s super relaxing and it reminds me a bit of the Zora’s Domain theme from Ocarina of Time.

For my FE music to listen to in the Concert Hall, it has to be Fortuna Entertainment from Tokyo Mirage Sessions. I know it's impossible because they need to get another agreement with Atlus to make it so, but it's a very nice song to listen to. And also the interaction team, which plays when the party's chatting outside the Idolasphere, and rings out lots of times.

I remember the times where OG!Veronica on the Tempest Trials map was the hardest boss. Oh AND having to reach 100,000 points for TT. Ooh I like that new transition colors for Christmas. I still haven't summoned yet, but that Byleth is going to be an issue. For the regular maps and even the Chain Challenges, Edelgard and Dimitri were delt with pretty easily by my Summer Edelgard and Petrine. That Byleth, on the other hand, not so much.

I think I'm getting Christmas luck with this game, during the Book VIII Banner, I got Rataoskr up to +2 Merge (2 units being free), and Rearmed Lucina 3 times. This Banner I got my girl Yunaka on the first summon! My target is to try to get more Yunaka summons including the 40th one, and possibly Edelgard. Both Yunaka and Rearmed Lucina got flawed atk IVs, thats something I plan to fix overtime.

To me I really don‘t like putting any effort into AR or SD anymore because every two months units get completely powercreeped by new units, for example Winter Edelgard following Ninja Zelgius in such a short time. Went to spark, got edelgard on the way and then chose byleth. All 4 units look incredible so I pulled every colour to save orbs, but I think these two are the ones I wanted most so I'm happy. I think yunaka would be crazy for AR with disarm trap 4 but I dont even have 1 duo orochi let alone one I'd fodder. Dimitri wouldve also been really nice but I can't ask for too much given I have no orbs. Maybe ill do some Christmas summons but for now I'll wait.

From what I understand, those who are f2p tend to skip banners, so they end up saving a lot of orbs

Am i the only one who gets nervous when the focus charge is full? This was the first time I've ever had to use all four sparks just to get one of each... It's also the first time I've gotten the focus charge to max twice... I got two brave Chroms out of it though... But I find myself very nervous going after the one color and having to risk one summon when it doesn't show up... Because for whatever reason, when you just need one color it doesn't show up, but when you don't need the color, it always shows up...

Regarding which gamemode was the worst you played, I think back to that one that was rival domains but reversed. It got so much hate that IS ended up pulling it and basically saying they'd never do it again Looking back that was kind of an overreaction and I wish they did keep it. Would be interesting nowadays.
