Красота! Движения, музыка , световые эффекты- все завораживает. А какие красивые девушки! Но солистки в этой постановке (номер 2019 года) мне лично понравились больше, чем в в постановке 2018. Особенно Метелица. Она более статная, выразительная. Да и, Снегурочка хороша! А вообще, спасибо за красоту, талант, чудо!

A true concert hall, theatrical experience ! ! This must be - WITHOUT A DOUBT - visually the most beautiful of all the Igor Moiseyev Ballet productions of ALL times: not only for the staging but also as a video. It made me feel as if I was THERE ❗ Beautiful music, superb stage lighting, sublimely designed costumes and, as always, such exquisite choreography so well rehearsed and competently/professionally executed by the dancers. The segue- like movements gets me every time ! I was viewing the entire video presentation with a bemused smile on my face hoping my jaw wasn't hanging open . . . Thank you IMB for the MAGIC - and the innocence - you bring back into my life; time and time again. Is it even possible to love you more ??? ? ? ? ?💘💘💘

Absolutely delightful from start to finish (which comes far too soon!). Please, can anyone identify the main theme of the music? I recognize it but can't place the composer or title and my Russian is too wobbly to figure out what it says in the opening credits. Also - did Moiseyev notate the steps for the marvellous dances he created? I know that ballet steps are written in a form of shorthand; I would be fascinated to see any such notations that Igor Moiseyev used.

Answering the first part of my question myself, I've identified the opening theme of the music - it's borrowed and adapted from the Firebird Suite by that other Igor of genius, this one being Stravinsky. As for my enquiry about notation used by I Moiseyev, I'd still be interested to learn of any recording method he might have used and would be grateful if anyone can advise or help. My thanks, Rob.

My only regret is that my Russian is almost non-existent and I understood nothing of what was said. I am very pleased that Igor Moiseyev is appreciated in his homeland and that he is afforded the enormous respect he undoubtedly deserves.
