Hi, these are national builders and I dont believe they sell the plans. This one is Taylor Morrison. If you have a custom builder you can show them these and they may be able to design one very similar with changes that make it even better for you. Good Luck! It's hard to say. They do put a lot of upgrades in the models. Most people spend about 10% more on upgrades, but this one most likely has a lot more. I can get it priced out for you if you want. Thanks!
