Instant pots make the most soft meats. I usually throw a wet cloth over the pressure cooker ‘thingy’ when it is releasing pressure.

I am so glad you're enjoying your pressure cooker I knew you would. I know we do have a lot of Gadgets in the kitchen these days but when you have families it helps. I have crock pots yes I have more than one, an instant pot a toaster oven and the big stand mixer and I just got a bread machine. Do I need all these things no not really but they do help out I am not a young woman and I have two disabilities so they helped me out a lot. And believe me I understand when you say about the children being bored I think all children get this way sometimes just taking them to the shop is all that needs to be done. I hope you have a peaceful break with your children and they don't drive you too crazy, blessings to you and yours❤❤❤❤❤
