Love your idea for the oil lamps. I use mine occasionally and we have them at the ready when we lose power but I like the idea of using them more often with the tea lights.

How did you make your countertop ironing board. It’s great for ironing linens when you don’t want to get out the regular board!

I started with a some plywood, adding 4 layers of quilt batting, topped with fabric and stapled to the backside. I also added rubber feet to the bottom. I made it years ago and use it for my ironing needs
