Corn tortillas are thought to be introduced by the Mexicans around 8,000BC. I wonder where the connection between this and ones we have from Punjab and NW India. কলকাতা অনেক ধরনের কমিউনিটি থাকলেও আমার মনে হচ্ছে বাংলাদেশের এর শীতের সময়টা তে খাবার এর আমেজ টা একটু ভিন্ন হয়ে থাকে। বিশেষ করে বাংলাদেশে শীতকালে পিঠা খুব বেশি খাওয়া হয়।
