Hi Siv , I’ve never heard about brown cheese , I would like to test it because I love so much cheese !!! Your waffles look like delicious, I have to look after an iron form to make some on our woodstove too . In France , we eat waffles with sugar or chantilly and my dog like Akita is absolutely fan of them ….and he’s not blind at all 😉 !!! I love so much your long white and black socks !!! Have a nice week !!! Greetings, Emmanuelle

I hope you get the chance to taste brunost someday; it has a pretty unique flavor-sweet and caramel-like. 😊 We also love all kinds of cheese, so hopefully, we’ll have time to make more in the future. That sounds like a delicious way to eat waffles; no wonder the dog wants to join in on the fun too! 🫣😊 (A little indulgence should be fine for our four-legged friends as well. 😊) Thank you so much for the compliments! ❤️ My aunt knitted the wool socks, so I’m very fond of them. ❤️ Wishing you a wonderful Sunday! 😊

I just discovered your channel. It's interesting to discover the temperature and your customs in Norway. You should add C/C to your videos or AI auto-detection (new) to reach more people from different countries. Stay safe and see you soon. Greetings, Quebec, Canada (I speak French)

So peaceful video again❤ But those wolves...😮😢 Do you have many wolves where you live? I think I have tasted once "brun ost", if it taste a little bit sweet?🤔
@wildandwoolly3 сағат бұрын
Thank you so much, that’s really nice of you to say! 😊 There aren’t many wolves here-they are unfortunately critically endangered-so it’s quite unique to have them so close several times in such a short period. It’s also a bit strange that they aren’t more afraid of humans. Luckily, there are quite a lot of roe deer this year, so they have plenty of food that doesn’t include my sheep. 🥴 Norwegian brunost tastes quite sweet and a bit caramel-like. 😊 Wishing you a wonderful Sunday! 😊

Oh God,Sorry to hear the wolves are near,Siv. Hope you got the sheep in and safe?
@wildandwoolly18 сағат бұрын
Thank you very much, ❤️ yes we are all still safe, but I don't dare let the sheep out at night even though they are very unhappy about being locked up.

How are you doing Siv? We had a very bad storm here and a big tree fell in my back garden.Hugs,Fiona
@wildandwoolly18 сағат бұрын
Oh, yes the storm was much stronger in Ireland than in Norway, we only got a small sliver of it. Hope all your animals and houses came out of it unscathed, and that it was only the tree that fell?❤️

Je savais pas que les boucs mangeaient du sapin En France ils ont une autre nourriture ,du foin,du blé de L avoine
@wildandwoolly5 сағат бұрын
They really do eat a very varied diet, which is necessary in our climate. They mainly eat hay in the winter but they love spruce branches and spruce bark as an extra vitamin supplement, snack and dental care in the winter months 😊🐑

Hi there, Joyce! 😊 My name is Søren (the husband), and I’m originally Danish, so Norwegian brunost has always been a bit of a culinary curiosity for me-something I never really understood until now. Siv, however, is like most Norwegians and insists that brunost is the only thing that works on waffles. So fun that you’ve tried it before-and even liked it! 😊 Wishing you a wonderful Sunday. Best regards, Søren

So lovely to hear from you again-and to know that you’ve followed us through yet another long video! 😊❤️ Oh wow, you live so far south? Then I totally understand that snow is a rare sight! 😅 The pigs are so funny, and yes, they have so much personality! ❤️ The wolves are probably hungry, and honestly, I do think they were here first and have a right to be here too-I just hope they keep eating other things instead of our animals! 🥴 Hope you’re having a great weekend. Love from Siv

😅 This breed of sheep can't stand being cooped up, they usually go outside all year round but have the option to go into the stable if they want. Now I've unfortunately had to keep them inside more because of wolves, which they're not very happy about but.. they have no choice 😊🐑

S il vous plaît rentrez vos moutons ils ont beaucoup de neige sur leurs dos C est inhumain Je suis en colère contre vous Chantal de France
@wildandwoolly5 сағат бұрын
Hi Chantal, thank you for your concern. Sheep are very hardy animals, and their wool acts as natural insulation, protecting them from both cold and snow. If they have snow on their backs, it actually means their wool is insulating well, as their body heat isn’t melting the snow. Of course, we always make sure the animals are well cared for and have access to shelter, food, and water.
