Winter Life of a Family Engaged in Husbandry

People of the village have immigrated to the city because of the winter which brings heavy fall of snow and cold weather with it. Only one family left in the deserted mountain village. The headman continues to stay here with his family because of his responsibility to the village. The family which also do animal husbandry keep the last traces of their life style alive. In the last chapter, the headman who returns from the town leaves supplies to another village while visiting. In this documentary you'll watch the sections of the headman and his family's life along with winter landscapes.

This looks very cold and hard. Dream life ? Look at all the wood they had to chop for the winter which meant a lot of trees cut down during the summer . I live inColrado on 110 acre hay ranch sheep,cattle pigs etc. Its a ton of work with machinery much less by hand. It takes very hard work for these people ur DREAM LIFE IS exactly that a DREAM.

I don't speak any Turkish, but it was interesting to see how the people live in rural Turkey. Life is hard for them but they seem happy. The scenery is beautiful. I also liked the family's ginger and white cat. Thanks for posting this film.

What a wonderful channel! I just discovered it by pure chance and I really love its content. This kind of documentaries with no comments, just objective recording of the rural world, a clean and simple world that unfortunately is disappearing slowly.
