In winter if you put thecontainer of yougurt on the top most shelve in the oven then in the bottom shelf put a baking tray and fill it with boiling hot water and shut the oven . Then let itrest the curd will be ready by next day . I use this trick and I get very thick yogurt like Greek style. Good luck .🙏👍😇🙌🙌🙌🙌

Mam m toh steel ke bartan dahi jamma kar Cessarol m rakh kar usme thoda garam paani dal kar rakh te hu 2 ghante tak dahi jaam jaate hai agar thodi kasar rahate hai toh uska pani badal kar aur garam paani daal de te hu bhut badiya jaam jate hai

Summer season m 6ghante m ready hoti hai winter season m 8-9hours s bhi jyada time lg jata hai ...or hr kisi k pass microwave nhi hota hai jo usme rakhe...gas chule k bgal m koi old sweater ya koi bhi woolen ho...usme bhi rakh sakte hai...tb bhi ready ho jati.. hai dahi...main daily dahi jmati hu....👍

शुरू के 8 मिनट टा लगा चीटिंग हो गयी लेकिन फिर आया मैजिकल मूवमेंट खराब हुए दूध से दही जमाया आपने 15 मिनट में सही में....💐👌

Dhanyawad. Thanks for revival of Traditional methods with high values. I do it same way. Your explanation is very easy to understand. I give lectures on importance of following one’s own culture and traditions and diet & lifestyle which is the remedy for reversing so many incurable diseases. - consultant in traditional Diet&lifestyle, organic products,food as medicine, naturopathy, yoga and meditation. By the way, it’s not waste or spoilt milk as people call it. I used to keep in hot water and i will get curd in few hours. I did not know that its available in 15 minutes. Thanks
