So funny that you say that cuz the best thermals ever that I buy every single year are from Old Navy... which I wouldn't have thought to look but came across them a few years back! I got my black ones with the stars and my plain black ones from there and they are so soft and always have the best deals around the holidays! I live in these things!!

I’m such an animal lover and I love to see people go above and beyond to take care of their fur babies... especially if they have extra needs. So adorable... I can tell you love your dogs. I really like this type of nighttime routine because it's not just so craaaazy long skin care process, meditation and then writing down thoughts and sleep super early... like yeah maybe some people actually do it that way but let's be honest who actually does that regularly?! It is such a realistic evening, and it's fun to watch! My fave part in the evening is washing my face and putting on my moisturiser it just feels soooo good, and you feel so fresh! And also going to bed and cuddle my kitty before sleeping! She's such a cutie

Yes, I agree with the others, very beautiful! I’ve learned so much from you about decorating, cooking and your hair care video was extraordinarily helpful. I always thought that you should vigorously massage the shampoo into your scalp to stimulate the roots, blood flow, etc. After watching your video I’m now super gentle about washing, drying and combing. I do that when I wear makeup I use Trader Joe’s tea tree oil soap to break down the makeup and then I wash my face with Shea moisture black soap and it works like a charm

I feel you, night routines are definitely harder for me, especially with how things are in 2020! I didn't really know where to start for nighttime so I started with the bigger things I do every night like dinner and taking off my makeup/skin care and then slowly added things from there like loading my dishwasher or sorting mail... I think the next thing I want to add is more self care like journaling or meditating or stretching. Hopefully that gives you some ideas too!! Happy weekend!!

Starting tonight I'm going to do the few things I MUST DO then slowly add in the other important things in that time frame before bed and just we'd out the things that can be done earlier in the day or can be delegated to someone else in the family/ household!!
