I could feel the cold in just watching you coping with it. Why didn't you steam those veggies like proper bushcrafters? No taste nor texture is lost in cooking this way...I know because I've done it this way for decades. Great video and very enjoyable too. Happy New Year 2017 to you both.

What? Only beef and camel? You need to get back out and grill a full spectrum of meats -- maybe it could be a series of multi-meat open-fire grilling camp videos. I had to laugh about the draining of the veggies, as I was just thinking what you then remarked on about saving the water. Have a great 2017.
