Winter Riding @ Catalina State Park/ Cheap camping

I loved riding the Catalina Foothills, it's so easily accessable with any size unit. water for horses available. Price $20 a night with a 14 day limit. We booked 7 days, but decided to stay another 3 more. Well worth the stop. The weather was perfect the whole time we stayed. Very convenient location to shopping, restaurants and feed store just outside the park. Will definately go back again.

Wow...i live in AZ and I love that state park. Didnt know they had equestrian sites....didnt know people cpuld RV wirh horses. Oh wbat a dream! Illmluve vicariously through you guys. ❤ And wow, those other riders there were so kind to let ypu try the gaited horse and the one wirh tricks! Very cool!

He's hanging on. He's finally getting a hip replacement on the 6th of Dec. So hopefully he gets some sort of life back. He's getting tests done so they can set up a kidney transplant, but that's gonna take mid 2023. Thank you for asking 😊

I have a four horse trailer (two horses) a tent, and gear . I want to leave Mina Nevada asap and head down for winter cattle/horse/ranch work.. any suggestions? Thanks for the ride along

All I can say is I heard Wickenburg and cave Creek Arizona are huge cowboy ranch areas. I don't know if any particular ranch looking for work. Best of luck, enjoy the journey. 🤠🤠

That’s awesome. Having started my 3 year old at the age of two it sure was nice having a clean slate to work with. No previous training issues. Enjoy the process. It is fun to watch them develop. 😁
