Winter's Serene Embrace

Frigid, but beautiful and peaceful. I can't help but think of my 52 years of cold, snowy, icey, winters, spent in Michigan, where I grew up and lived, until moving here to Florida in 2012. Yes, it is pretty and I still go there, some years, to spend Christmas 🎄. Love the yellow tulips peaking out of the snow, the first sugn of relief from the long, cold, often lonely winter, and the lovely, snow white, matching white swans, and colorful male peacock, also, signs of life, springing from a frozen world 🌎. My most favorite time in winter = Christmas, though. ❤
